Deployment readiness improvements

The recent cleanup replaced unfinished routes, filled empty pages, and removed the build-time dependency on Google Fonts. Those changes reduce last-minute surprises during deployment.

The remaining readiness work is the normal final pass: clean production build verification, environment setup in the host, and a quick smoke test after deploy.
